乌度卡：我们的球员若想多上场就必须打出稳定性 这是最重要的

火箭主帅乌度卡本周接受媒体采访时，被问到了现有球员如何才能在很有深度的阵容中获得出场时间。

“我觉得还是得说回我之前说过的稳定性，这是最重要的。上赛季，有的球员发挥时好时坏，尤其是在新教练组到来之后。一些年轻球员需要学习，必须去做之前没做过的事情。”乌度卡说道。

“无论是投篮、防守，还是做出正确的决定，就是全方位保持稳定性。这样你就可以避免那些三连败之类的事情，然后取得更多连胜。你打得越好，就能获得更多出场时间。我觉得你可以看到球员按正确方式打球，就可以在比赛最后阶段获得出场时间。”乌度卡继续说道。
